This platform is operated by Hong Kong LumenMentor Limited and provides self-service machine document translation. Processing starts after submission; preview is available when complete, and successful payment unlocks the final download.
2. Order contact details
No registration or sign-in is required. Please provide an accurate email address to associate the task and for necessary contact.
Task IDs and history are stored in your current browser. Use History to refresh status manually and keep the task record on this device secure.
3. Fees and payment
The server creates the fee from authoritative preflight: reliable native text is billed by text units, otherwise by actual pages, with a USD 0.98 minimum per order. Browser-side document categories never determine the quote.
Machine translation and preview are completed before payment. You enter checkout only when you want the final file, and payment status is determined by server verification with the payment provider.
4. Delivery and revision
The preview is provided to inspect translation content and layout before payment; the final download is unavailable while unpaid.
If a paid final file cannot be opened, downloaded, or has an obvious processing failure, contact us with the task ID so we can investigate.
5. Your commitments
You warrant that you hold lawful rights to the uploaded files and that their content complies with laws and regulations. Disputes arising from file sources or content are your own responsibility.
Translations are for your lawful use only.
6. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any single order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by force majeure, but will assist where possible.
7. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time and publish updates on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
